SaveOn Interactive - Refund Policy

We will gladly refund your money in the following instances:

  1. At any time you decide to cancel your account with or without reason at which point the client shall be entitled to receive a full refund for any UNUSED CREDITS of your monthly budgeted amounts.
  2. If our Service fails to perform adequately as per our defined Service Agreement. In this case client will need to provide documented proof of failure with a detailed accounting if the refund requested. Refunds shall be limited to the direct fees paid by the client at the time the Service failed to perform as per the Service Agreement.
  3. In the event there is a monthly access fee and your account is cancelled you are entitled to receive a full refund if that months fees. No prior months are eligible for refunds.

Refunds will NOT apply to the following:

  1. USED portions of your advertising budget for coupons, adverts, leads or advertisements that have accumulated any impressions, web traffic, calls, prints or mobile deliveries or any others fees or services once they have been consumed and pr reported on. Please allow up to 24 hours once the account is cancelled for all of the reports to be delivered and accessed on your account prior to calculating the final USED portion of your expense.
